Services

Services include general check-ups, management of long-term medical conditions, acute illness/injury management. For long-term problems, we will work with you to try to find and address the root causes of maladies, and when able and appropriate, will work with you on lifestyle changes FIRST, like adjusting diet, and exercising.  

Using in-person visits, telephone or video visits,  as well as other forms of modern communication, we can help manage your acute or immediate medical needs or questions. Our desire is to help you, if not the same day, within 48 hours. We will always try to keep space for acute illness or injuries so you can be seen the same day!. 

Pressing towards free-market prices (by removing the shackles of unequal weights and measures in the medico-insurance complex) has resulted in our patients benefiting from much lower cash-priced labs and imaging services. Some simple testing (strep throat, urinalysis) are covered as part of the membership. 

Membership only covers services rendered by Liberty DPC. Certain medical conditions and presentations of injury/illness need a higher level of care/specialty, and we will work with you to find the most appropriate help for your condition.
